Visual Arts

From Pre-kindergarten through the twelfth grade students are offered visual arts. In the elementary divisions, it is part of the curriculum as a weekly class. In the Middle School the students can apply for year-long art or take art short courses which are half a semester. In the Upper School the classes that are offered in the program are a full semester.

During the school year, much of the art work is on display at the schools and even in the online galleries that some of the divisions post. There is additional chances for art as the Middle and Upper School both have art clubs and some of the elementary divisions offer extra chances for visual art.

Finally, one of the biggest events for Woodward that is Academy-wise is Woodward Night at the High Museum where select students have their work displayed, more...
